About the Course:
Undertake this course if you wish to develop essential skills required for modern office administration and professional management. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of office procedures, communication systems, record management, and secretarial practices.
It equips students with practical knowledge of how administrative functions operate efficiently in organizations, businesses, government departments, and private sectors. Special emphasis is given to stenography, office correspondence, and modern office technology to enhance employability.
Duration: The course is for three years i.e., six semesters.
Subject in B.A.: As per university curriculum (across semesters)
Certificate Course in Office Management: Short-term Add-on Course (duration as prescribed by the institution)
Eligibility: Students who have passed 10+2 from Punjab School Education Board (P.S.E.B.) or any other recognized board are eligible to opt for this subject in B.A.
The Certificate Course in Office Management is open to students enrolled in undergraduate programs or as per institutional norms.
